Job Description

  • Experience in project management, planning and control of various construction project.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Pre & Post contract administration works
  • Tender taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender
  • Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurement
  • Preparing contract and payment certificate for sub-contractors
  • Monitoring cost budget and cost control to maximum project profit
  • To attend the consultant meeting, preparing variation work costing, progress claim and settlement final account with client and sub contractors.
